Michael F. Curtin

 

Michael F. Curtin is a former member of the Ohio House of Representatives where he served for four years as member of House District 17.

He is retired from The Dispatch Printing Company after a 38 year career as a reporter, public affairs editor, managing editor, associate publisher, chief operation officer, vice chairman and consultant. Curtin has served on the boards of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, the Ohio Newspaper Association, the Mount Carmel Health System, the Mount Carmel College of Nursing, the YMCA of Central Ohio, the Columbus Metropolitan Library Foundation, the Catholic Foundation of the Diocese of Columbus, Ohio Dominican University, and Prevent Blindness Ohio.

Representative Curtin is a graduate of the Ohio State University School of Journalism.

He is a native of Columbus, Ohio. He and his wife, Sharon, have been married for 37 years and reside in the village of Marblecliff; they have two children and four grandchildren.
